📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise
• Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to optimize sales and minimize waste
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner in both physical and online stores
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the merchandising manager
• Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in merchandising and retail

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
