• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize operational expenses.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, highlighting key cost trends and recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis in a hospitality or similar industry.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
