📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providing personalized financial advice and support.
• Drive sales of financial products by identifying and meeting the financial needs of members.
• Assist members in managing their financial portfolios, providing guidance on investment strategies and risk management.
• Monitor and report on member accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies for member acquisition and retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving member queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our members receive the most relevant and up-to-date financial advice.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian financial services industry and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
