Using our state-of-the-art cinema management software, you will monitor and optimize our operations, ensuring that we meet and exceed our performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cinema operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.
• Monitor and optimize cinema performance using our cinema management software, ensuring that we meet and exceed our performance targets.
• Ensure that our cinemas are always clean, well-maintained, and ready to welcome our guests.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring that our staff and guests are always safe and comfortable.
• Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our cinemas are always fully booked and that our guests have an unforgettable movie-going experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and implement them in our operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cinema or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cinema management software, such as Cinemaware or Cinemagic.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
