Information Professionals is seeking a dedicated Project Operations Supervisor to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.,Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.,Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all project requirements are met and that resources are allocated efficiently.,Provide regular progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
