📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
  • Manage and grow the client portfolio.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and service delivery.
  • Report on client activities and performance to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Professional certification in banking or financial services is a plus.
