Population Program Worker I

Join the Municipal Government of Silang, Cavite as a Population Program Worker I and play a pivotal role in implementing community-based population programs in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement community-based population programs in collaboration with local stakeholders.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to inform program development and evaluation.
• Provide technical assistance and training to community leaders and program participants.
• Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes using relevant software and tools.
• Coordinate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members to build trust and engagement.
• Participate in capacity-building workshops and training sessions for program staff.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in population health and community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Sociology, Community Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community-based population programs or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of population health principles and community development strategies.
• Proficient in using data collection and analysis tools such as SPSS, Excel, and NVivo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
