📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in drafting precise and accurate patterns using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark or Pattern Making.
• Create and adjust patterns based on design sketches and measurements, ensuring they fit the brand's specifications.
• Cut and sew samples according to the drafted patterns, using high-quality fabrics and materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that samples reflect the latest trends and brand aesthetics.
• Maintain and organize pattern files and sample records, ensuring easy access for future reference.
• Participate in quality control processes, ensuring that all samples meet the brand's standards.
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications for production.
• Provide support to the senior supervisor in managing the pattern making and sample creation workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion pattern making or a related field.
• Proficient in using pattern making software such as Gerber Accumark or Pattern Making.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and fabric properties.
