📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance.
Monitor and manage trade data, including import/export values, quantities, and tariffs.
Provide administrative support to the export-import team, including data entry and record-keeping.
Assist in the preparation and submission of customs declarations and other trade-related documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
Stay updated with changes in trade policies and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import administration or a related role.
Proficient in using trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of customs procedures, trade regulations, and shipping logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is a plus.
Knowledge of Indonesian trade laws and regulations is a plus.
