📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in our elegant restaurants.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Assist in special events and private dining arrangements when required.
• Promote and sell our menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Waiter/Waitress.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
