📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Support project teams by providing data analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
• Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI to gather, analyze, and present data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
• Document business processes and maintain accurate records of system requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
