Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and storage.,Ensure that all warehouse processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations and reduce costs.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are in good working order.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure that warehouse operations support the overall business goals.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that products are stored and shipped in accordance with customer requirements.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and storage.,Experience with warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.🛠️ Keahlian
