📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.,Providing guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.,Monitoring team performance and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Representing the company at meetings and events as required.,Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record in managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management tools and software.,Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
