Japan Asia Consultants is looking for a dedicated Sales & Operations Support Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports.,Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and products.,Maintain and update client records and databases.,Support the operations team in managing inventory and logistics.,Assist in the organization and planning of sales events and meetings.,Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and operations strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or operations support role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good knowledge of sales and operations processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.
