📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
