Bahagia Intan Sembako is a growing company in the grocery industry, and we are looking for a talented IT Staff to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. As an IT Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our business needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees.,Monitor and manage IT security measures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Develop and maintain IT documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.,Participate in system upgrades and improvements.,Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.,Knowledge of programming languages and scripting is a plus.
