📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.,Conduct regular project status meetings to keep stakeholders informed.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and performance.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.,Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.,Ability to travel as required by the project.
