📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure that the outlet is clean, well-organized, and welcoming to customers.,Train and develop the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and can provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure that stock levels are maintained.,Oversee the financial performance of the outlet and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Attend team meetings and provide regular updates on the outlet's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving outlet performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.,Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required.
