📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of operations to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide support and guidance to junior staff members as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
