📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and internal policies.
• Manage the payroll and benefits administration for the team.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with auditors and external financial advisors.
• Support the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and standards relevant to the industry.
