📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervising and managing the daily operations of the shop, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensuring all shop processes are followed, including inventory management, pricing, and customer service standards.,Training and developing junior staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Promoting the shop's products and services to drive sales and customer engagement.,Managing the shop's budget and ensuring profitability through cost control and sales optimization.,Resolving customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of shop operations with the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer applications and software.
