📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Overseeing the accounting department, including hiring, training, and managing a team of accountants.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end closing, financial statements, and tax filings.
• Providing strategic financial advice to the clinic's management team.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Managing the clinic's cash flow and working capital.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with dental clinic operations and industry-specific accounting practices is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
