📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards.,Lead and mentor the quality control team.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality regulations and standards.,Train and develop the quality control team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field.,Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards.
