📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure that products meet the highest standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC inspectors.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control is integrated into all aspects of the production process.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a focus on manufacturing or production.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.
