📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality standards.,Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.,Develop and implement QA processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze QA metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that QA activities align with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on QA activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong background in test automation and manual testing.,Experience leading and mentoring a QA team.,Strong knowledge of QA tools and technologies, including test automation frameworks, defect tracking systems, and performance testing tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
