We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Internal Auditor to join our team at CV Restu Damar. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality audit reports and recommendations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential improvement.,Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Provide guidance and support to audit teams and staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
