In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for leading a team of AI engineers and data scientists, overseeing the development and deployment of AI solutions, and ensuring that our AI initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work with a variety of tools and technologies, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, and Azure Machine Learning. You will also need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and be able to apply this knowledge to solve complex business problems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists in the development and deployment of AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI solutions that leverage the latest advancements in GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into AI initiatives.
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to solve complex business problems.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure that our AI initiatives are aligned with our strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Proven track record of leading AI projects and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex business problems.
• Certifications in AI and machine learning are a plus.
