📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
