📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance and skills,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports for decision-making purposes,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products,Participate in store improvement initiatives to enhance the shopping experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Passionate about the retail industry and committed to customer satisfaction
