PT Baskoro Maha is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and preparing payment records.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents to relevant authorities.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
