📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end insurance process, from policy issuance to claims settlement, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage a portfolio of insurance policies, analyzing risks and recommending appropriate coverage solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new insurance products and services.
• Ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations and best practices.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent Office Beacon at industry events and conferences to network with peers and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, with a proven track record in team leadership.
• Certifications in Insurance (e.g., CIC, AIC) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian insurance regulations and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
