📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take and process orders accurately using our POS system.
- Assist customers with choosing the perfect ice cream flavors and toppings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and provide change efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Uphold our company's values and standards of professionalism.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic POS systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
