Resto Sari Medical Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant in Pasuruan, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, conduct training, and provide feedback.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in hybrid work environments is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
