📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Oversee the daily maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with property managers and other departments to address maintenance issues and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and equipment for maintenance purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the maintenance or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and operations.
• Certifications in maintenance management, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar, are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
