📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
