📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.,Support the operations manager in implementing new processes and systems.,Assist in the management of the operations team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to support business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
