📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served on time.,Stock and manage inventory of food ingredients.,Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining areas.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Participate in health and safety audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.,Willingness to work shifts and weekends.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
