Cafe Tono Coffee is seeking an experienced Department Head to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee shop. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of service and quality.,Manage and mentor a team of baristas and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure the coffee shop is well-stocked.,Train new staff and provide ongoing support to existing staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or coffee industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certification in coffee training (e.g., SCA, Barista Training Institute) is a plus.
