Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Ensure that the department meets its goals and objectives, and communicates progress to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our work aligns with the overall goals of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of professionals, and to provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
