Your daily tasks will involve meticulously reviewing and moderating a wide range of content, from user-generated videos and images to text-based posts. You'll work closely with our community guidelines and legal requirements to make informed decisions, ensuring that our platform adheres to all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and moderate user-generated content, including videos, images, and text, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards.
• Identify and report any inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement content moderation policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the content moderation process and enhance user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and legal requirements in content moderation.
• Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure that all content moderation decisions are in line with company policies and legal standards.
• Monitor and analyze content moderation metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to other team members on content moderation best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of community guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices in content moderation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms, such as ModeratorHub, Sentinel, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with content analysis tools, such as Lexalytics, Brandwatch, or similar, is a plus.
