Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Identify opportunities for business growth and development,Represent the company at industry events and meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or sales environment,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
