Fast Town Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of, and that the event runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about event management and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and setting up event spaces.,Greet and seat guests, and ensure they have a pleasant experience throughout the event.,Assist with food and beverage service, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, including setting up and breaking down decorations.,Assist with any additional tasks as needed to ensure the success of the event.,Provide excellent customer service to all guests and ensure their needs are met.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all event details are executed to perfection.,Stay organized and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.,Familiarity with basic event planning and management software is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and tasks.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
