Crystal Bit Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and responsible Assistant Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the main driver in the transportation of goods and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main driver in loading and unloading goods.,Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition before and after each trip.,Monitor the vehicle's fuel levels and report any issues to the supervisor.,Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.,Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation.,Provide customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation of transportation documents and reports.,Participate in regular training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant driver or similar role.,Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.,Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with logistics and transportation software (an advantage).
