📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Utilize HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, to streamline HR processes.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with managers and employees to foster a supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Proven ability to analyze data and use it to drive strategic decisions.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
